Can somebody tell us, is this a new category released by MTV EMAs 2011?

or is that just part of the worldwide acts category?

In this category, we couldn’t find Big Bang, Gotye and Jane Zhang.

The only Asia pacific artist in this category are: Agnes Monica, Exile, Jay Chou and SIA. Where are the others?
